Dr. Melinda Gadácsi

Surgeon, Vascular Surgeon Specialist

Dr. Melinda Gadácsi was born on January 4, 1985, in Kaposvár. She completed her secondary education at the Táncsics Mihály Grammar School in Kaposvár from 1999 to 2003. She graduated in 2009 from the University of Pécs, Medical School, Faculty of General Medicine.

She completed her residency at the Surgical Clinic of the University of Pécs from 2009 to 2011. In 2012, she began working at the Vascular Surgery Clinic of the University of Pécs, where she continues to work today. During this time, she obtained her specialization in general surgery in 2015 and in vascular surgery in 2018.

In 2018, she started her private practice at the Theta Pest Center in Budapest and, since 2020, has also been practicing at the Theta Center in Pécs. She performs endovenous varicose vein and hemorrhoid surgeries in Budapest as part of the center’s services.

Dr. Gadácsi teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Hungarian and English at the university. She has participated as a student and speaker at several prominent domestic and international congresses (Krakow – Poland, Hyderabad – India, Paris – France, Bologna – Italy). Her main areas of interest include endovenous surgery and the management of diabetic foot.

She is a member of the Hungarian Surgical Society and the Hungarian Society of Angiology and Vascular Surgery.
